- • The Sr. Alliance Director will own and scale Databricks’ strategic partnership with Accenture across EMEA and globally orchestrate the relationship with Avanade, driving consumption growth on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform through joint go-to-market execution with two of the world’s most influential system integrators.
- • Day to day, the role involves translating global alliance strategy into regional impact, aligning executive stakeholders across Databricks, Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft, leading tri-party collaboration, building joint growth plans, establishing operational excellence in business planning and QBRs, and influencing C-suite stakeholders as a visible thought leader at major Data + AI forums.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, data, or AI, including significant experience leading complex GSI or strategic alliances.
- • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships with Accenture, Avanade, or comparable global system integrators across multiple regions.
- • Strong understanding of Azure and hyperscaler ecosystems and how they drive consumption in an AI-first world.
- • Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue impact through co-sell, co-innovation, and joint go-to-market execution.
- • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- • Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in high-growth, matrixed environments.
