  • • As a Sr. AR Specialist at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in managing both customer and supplier accounts receivable workstreams, ensuring invoicing accuracy, cash application, supplier reconciliations, and collections follow-up. You will operate as an owner across both sides of the AR portfolio, driving resolution of discrepancies and supporting financial integrity.
  • • Day to day, you will monitor invoice data for anomalies and errors, own resolution outcomes by collaborating with Engineering, Client Ops, and BPO teams until issues are closed with documented root cause and resolution. You will serve as AR’s operational voice in Product and Engineering discussions, validating billing logic changes and flagging AR risks before product launches. You will also support month-end close activities including AR reconciliations, aging review, and bad debt input preparation, while QA’ing BPO agent workflows to identify process gaps and support automation initiatives.
