• • Sr Associate, Business Development & Liquidity - xStocks at Kraken is a strategic role focused on building and scaling the liquidity and partner ecosystem for tokenized equities (xStocks), bridging traditional finance and crypto markets.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and growing relationships with external market makers, sourcing and onboarding new liquidity providers across spot, perps, and RFQ venues, structuring commercial terms and SLAs, monitoring market quality metrics (spread, depth, fill rates), and collaborating with internal Trading, Product, and BD teams to drive liquidity strategy and support global expansion into Europe and Asia.

• • In this role, you will help scale the xStocks market maker network from a small base to a diversified, high-quality ecosystem, act as a key operator in taking the product from early stage (1→10) to scaled product, and develop expertise in crypto market structure, liquidity dynamics, and cross-functional partnership management in a fast-moving, high-agency environment.
