- • As a Sr. Associate, Sales Enablement Strategist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales process through strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of sales enablement initiatives, directly contributing to improved sales performance and customer outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will strategize, implement, and evaluate sales-process effectiveness using the Microsoft Dynamics (DRM) system, including managing platform enhancements, conducting testing, analyzing activity results for insights, and developing AI integration strategies to optimize sales workflows.
- • You will be part of Protective Life Corporation, a company dedicated to protecting millions of lives by providing financial security and peace of mind through insurance and retirement solutions, where every role supports the mission of helping customers navigate life’s uncertainties.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales enablement strategy, CRM optimization (specifically Microsoft Dynamics), data-driven performance analysis, and emerging AI applications in sales, positioning you for advancement in sales operations, enablement, or revenue strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar role
- • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (DRM) or comparable CRM platforms for process optimization and reporting
