- • As a Senior BDR in the Netherlands, you will be the first point of contact for dental practice prospects, playing a critical role in launching Dandy’s go-to-market function from the ground up in a new region.
- • You will generate new business through outbound channels like email, phone, and creative outreach, while also managing inbound interest, tracking activity in Salesforce, and collaborating with Account Executives for seamless handoffs.
- • Dandy is transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by leading venture capital and expanding globally with a mission to modernize dental practices through technology.
- • You will have the unique opportunity to shape the BDR function in a hyper-growth environment, contribute ideas to build processes and tools from scratch, and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact in a new market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- • Experience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
- • Fluency in both English and Dutch is required
- • Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- • Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools
- • Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
