- • As Sr. Business Development and Partnership Manager at First Entertainment Credit Union, you will lead the growth of CineFi in Atlanta, a digital-only division serving creators, by driving membership growth, securing high-value partnerships, and expanding brand awareness across the creative economy.
- • You will identify, cultivate, and close strategic relationships across the entertainment ecosystem—including production studios, agencies, freelance networks, unions, and film schools—while leading cross-functional go-to-market planning and managing partnership lifecycles from prospecting to renewal.
- • First Entertainment Credit Union is a mission-driven financial institution focused on serving creators through innovative fintech solutions, with CineFi as its digital division targeting Atlanta’s vibrant creative community.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partnership strategy, sponsorship development, and creator ecosystem engagement, while building a scalable model for market expansion and gaining visibility as a brand ambassador in media, events, and community forums.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- • 6+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or community-led growth, preferably within creative industries, fintech, or tech startups
- • Strong knowledge of and/or deep ties to Atlanta’s creative economy, including music, film/TV production, and the gig workforce
- • Proven ability to launch initiatives and partnerships in new or developing markets
- • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing partnership agreements, including activation plans, metrics, renewals, and collaboration with Legal/Compliance
- • Experience building sponsorship programs, strategic alliances, or channel partnerships that drive measurable acquisition or revenue impact

- • Targeted pay range of $70,000 to $90,000
