- • Manage and grow a portfolio of airline distribution partners across LATAM, driving revenue growth and long-term commercial collaboration through strategic account management.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for airline partners, ensuring seamless operational execution and alignment with Hopper’s value proposition and product capabilities.
- • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and data-driven insights to inform growth strategies and optimize commercial outcomes.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including finance, marketing, and product to execute commercial initiatives, develop joint go-to-market plans, and support partner-specific business objectives.
- • Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations to airline partners during quarterly business reviews, clearly articulating Hopper’s performance, value, and strategic roadmap.
- • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in partnership with senior legal and commercial team members to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- • Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners to drive demand, visibility, and booking volume.
- • Work closely with finance to support accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting for airline partnership portfolios.
- • Act as a liaison between airline partners and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, improve traveler experience, and ensure timely execution of joint initiatives.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the LATAM travel ecosystem, including commercial practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory frameworks affecting airline distribution.
- • Develop and sustain foundational knowledge of global airline industry dynamics, OTA/TMC/GDS models, and digital commerce trends impacting B2B travel partnerships.
- • Contribute to enterprise growth goals by identifying new partnership opportunities and enhancing existing relationships through proactive engagement and value-based selling.
- • Maintain a high level of organizational discipline, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
- • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese to build trust, clarify expectations, and negotiate effectively with airline stakeholders.
- • Embody a collaborative, team-first mindset, actively contributing to cross-functional projects and sharing insights across departments to maximize collective impact.
- • Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret commercial data, uncover operational inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions that improve partner satisfaction and revenue performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a demonstrated track record of supporting revenue growth
- • Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with exposure to or experience in the LATAM market preferred
- • Familiarity with commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Portuguese
- • Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations
- • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
