  • • Manage and grow a portfolio of airline distribution partners across LATAM, driving revenue growth through strategic commercial initiatives and long-term collaboration
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for airline partners, ensuring seamless communication and operational execution between partners and internal teams
  • • Analyze partner performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • • Develop and execute quarterly business reviews with airline partners to align on objectives, review KPIs, and outline future collaboration plans
  • • Collaborate with finance teams to support accurate revenue forecasting, tracking, and reporting for airline partnership agreements
  • • Assist in negotiating, renewing, and amending commercial contracts with airline partners in alignment with senior leadership guidance
  • • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners to drive incremental bookings and visibility
  • • Build a deep understanding of partner business goals and design tailored commercial solutions that align with their strategic priorities
  • • Act as a liaison between airline partners and internal departments—including product, engineering, and marketing—to ensure smooth integration and optimal traveler experience
  • • Maintain a working knowledge of global travel market dynamics, with a specific focus on airline industry trends and regulatory environments in LATAM
  • • Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to airline stakeholders that effectively communicate Hopper’s value proposition and product capabilities
  • • Identify opportunities to enhance commercial relationships and proactively propose initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and revenue outcomes
  • • Contribute to enterprise growth goals by expanding Hopper’s footprint in the LATAM airline distribution ecosystem through relationship-building and strategic account management
  • • Stay current on cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuances within the LATAM travel ecosystem to inform partnership strategies
  • • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute joint commercial plans and ensure consistent delivery of Hopper’s fintech and travel inventory solutions
  • • Maintain high standards of organization, prioritization, and time management to handle multiple partner accounts and concurrent commercial initiatives
  • • Demonstrate a strong detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving, using data to validate decisions and optimize partner outcomes
  • • Represent Hopper with professionalism and commercial acumen in all partner interactions, reinforcing brand credibility and trust
  • • Foster a collaborative, team-first mindset while operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • • Leverage foundational value-selling skills to articulate how Hopper’s fintech products—such as Cancel for Any Reason and Flight Disruption Assistance—benefit airline partners and travelers

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with proven success in driving revenue growth
  • • Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with exposure to or direct experience in the LATAM market
  • • Familiarity with commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • • Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to airline stakeholders
  • • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
