• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the feature development and delivery lifecycle, ensuring that IT initiatives directly support and advance the strategic goals of the organization.
• • You will achieve this by meticulously prioritizing and refining work items for agile teams, guaranteeing that the quality and business value of completed work align perfectly with the overarching business roadmap and timelines.

• • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including interfaces, jobs, schemas, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, particularly concerning data, data movement, systems, and databases.
• • A critical function includes reviewing user stories to ensure requirements are clearly articulated, well-understood, and fully aligned with program guiding principles, thereby minimizing ambiguity and maximizing development efficiency.
• • You will play a vital role in troubleshooting incidents, fulfilling support requests, and ensuring the overall health and optimal performance of applications managed by the Commercial and Tech Support Team, such as Ecom, MDA, MDA Support Form, and Stelobot.
