📋 Description

• • As a Strategic Client Success Manager at Alkami Technology, you will serve as the primary consultative partner for key financial institution clients, driving satisfaction and helping them achieve maximum value from the company’s digital sales and service platform.
• • Day to day, you will provide strategic direction, create KPI-focused reports and presentations, build executive relationships, lead training initiatives, monitor client health metrics, conduct business reviews, and collaborate across internal teams to advocate for client needs and resolve escalations.
