- • As a Sr Community Engagement Specialist at Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU), you will play a vital role in bringing community engagement programs and signature events to life, ensuring initiatives are thoughtfully coordinated, delivered on time, and aligned with organizational goals that strengthen connections between employees, communities, and partners.
- • Day to day, you will maintain workflows and timelines for program execution, collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders, manage project timelines and risk identification, support employee and community program administration, track metrics and reporting for insights, coordinate event communications and materials, manage multiple priorities using established tools, and perform additional duties including travel for events and physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs during event setup.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or communications, or equivalent experience
- • 2 years of relevant experience in project management or related roles
- • Experience supporting employee engagement, community-focused programs, or enterprise initiatives (desired)
- • Demonstrated ability to organize and implement projects effectively (desired)
- • Intermediate proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools (e.g., document management, scheduling, spreadsheets) (desired)
- • Familiarity with DEI principles and ability to apply a DEI lens (desired)
