  • • As a Sr. Consultant in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Program Management (PM) at Optiv Security Inc., you will be at the forefront of helping clients navigate complex transformations within their cybersecurity programs. This fully remote role, based anywhere in the continental U.S., offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic OCM principles with robust PM methodologies to drive successful outcomes for a diverse client base.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to advise, educate, and implement tailored OCM and PM solutions that mature clients' cybersecurity initiatives. You will be instrumental in guiding organizations through the transition from their current state to a desired future state, ensuring that technology, people, and processes are aligned and adopted smoothly.
  • • You will leverage and adapt proven OCM and PM frameworks, applying leading practices and lessons learned to integrate solutions seamlessly into broader client activities within a collaborative, team-based consulting delivery model.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves rapidly building a deep understanding of each client's unique business context, their current operational landscape, and their specific desired outcomes. This insight will inform the development and execution of effective change strategies.
  • • You will be empowered to confidently lead multi-practice engagements, contributing significantly to the internal growth of the ACT team in close collaboration with the Practice Manager and fellow team members.
  • • Your strategic planning will encompass assessing needs, developing comprehensive strategies, creating detailed plans, and effectively communicating the necessary OCM and PM activities. The goal is to foster faster adoption and long-term sustainment of cybersecurity recommendations and proposed roadmaps.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to driving critical OCM components, including detailed stakeholder analysis, securing leadership alignment and engagement, developing and executing impactful change communications, establishing and nurturing change networks, conducting thorough change readiness assessments, analyzing job and role impacts, designing and delivering training and education programs, providing post-launch support, and defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • • You will be responsible for creating detailed project plans and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA. This includes clearly and visually communicating project status, proactively identifying and resolving project roadblocks, and ensuring accountability among project teams and clients for consistent forward progress on all engagements.
  • • A critical skill will be your ability to identify and apply data analysis techniques, combined with your professional acumen, to pinpoint root cause issues and determine the most effective methods for improving performance and achieving desired results.
  • • You will also be expected to develop training materials, potentially including video editing with software like Camtasia, and perform voiceovers for training videos, demonstrating a commitment to comprehensive knowledge transfer.
  • • The role requires a high degree of agility and flexibility, enabling you to adapt to the unique and often evolving needs of clients, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective.
  • • You will foster strong interpersonal relationships, maintaining a high standard of integrity and confidentiality in all client interactions and internal collaborations.
  • • Your ability to clearly articulate complex topics to diverse audiences through strong written and presentational skills in English will be paramount.
  • • You will demonstrate a proven capacity to work effectively with individuals at all leadership levels, facilitating successful change adoption across the organization.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve coaching and influencing the behaviors and attitudes of individuals throughout the project and change lifecycle, promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • • You will showcase a proven ability to identify and conduct appropriate process analyses, and to compellingly present the case for change to various stakeholder groups.
  • • Experience in applying OCM and PM strategies specifically to the rollout of cybersecurity efforts will be highly valued, providing a direct pathway to contributing to client success.
  • • This position offers a competitive salary range of $116,600.00 - $159,900.00 annually, with potential eligibility for a variable incentive-based bonus plan, reflecting the value and impact of this senior role.
