📋 Description

• • The Sr. Contracts Counsel will serve as a strategic legal advisor within Kyverna Therapeutics’ Legal Department, supporting the Associate General Counsel and Clinical Development team in negotiating and managing contracts critical to the company’s mission of developing cell therapies for autoimmune diseases.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements—including clinical trial, research, vendor, and collaboration contracts—ensuring compliance with company policy, regulatory standards, and business objectives while developing standardized templates and contracting processes.
