• • The Senior Manager, Contracts Compliance & Systems Reporting is a key leadership role responsible for managing and advancing the organization’s contract compliance program and related operational activities, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and supporting data-driven decision making.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures for compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency supplements, conducting risk assessments and compliance reviews, preparing compliance reporting and metrics, delivering training programs on contract compliance and risk mitigation, managing and developing a cross-functional compliance team, partnering with IT and operational teams to enhance system functionality and data visibility, and providing subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on compliance risks and process improvements.
• • The role is part of PAE Holding Corporation, LLC, a government services contractor that partners across Contracts, Subcontracts, Legal, Finance, and business teams to strengthen processes, drive consistency, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in federal government contracting regulations, lead compliance and systems initiatives, build leadership and project management skills, influence organizational compliance culture, and contribute to audit readiness and operational performance through data-driven process improvements.
