  • • As a Senior Client Success Manager at Alkami Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and account growth by serving as a trusted advisor to U.S. banks and credit unions using Alkami’s digital sales and service platform.
  • • Day to day, you will lead client success efforts for your accounts, build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, understand client business goals, create and track success plans, monitor client health metrics, conduct business reviews, collaborate across departments, advocate for client needs internally, escalate critical issues, and use data to influence decisions—all while being open to up to 25% travel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • • Experience in Financial Services, particularly working with financial institutions
  • • Proven ability to stay organized, take ownership of projects, and work independently
  • • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Experience using and updating Salesforce and/or Gainsight
  • • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
