- • The Senior Customer Support Manager (Sr. CSM) ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and focus throughout the delivery of Motorola’s Lifecycle Service products, playing a critical role in maintaining service excellence and driving customer retention for mission-critical communication systems.
- • Day to day, the role involves acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, managing service delivery, maintaining SLA compliance, developing service account plans, coordinating with sales and project teams, managing external partners, drafting CSPs and SOWs, monitoring subcontractor performance, addressing customer concerns, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and participating in revenue forecasting.

- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic account management expertise, strengthen customer relationship skills, gain deep experience in service lifecycle management, and contribute directly to revenue growth and operational excellence within a purpose-driven organization focused on public safety.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Service Account Management, Sales, Systems Implementation, Integration, LMR Sales, LMR Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Account Management, Project Management, Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales
- • Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by customer contracts
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
- • Must reside within a commutable distance to a major metro airport
- • Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time based on customer needs
- • Must possess a current, valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
