- • As the Sr. Director of Americas Professional Services and Customer Onboarding at Trimble Inc., you will spearhead the strategic direction and operational excellence of all paid service and training offerings across the Americas region (US, Canada, LATAM, and Brazil).
- • This executive-level role is pivotal in translating global strategies into impactful regional execution, transforming customer implementations into a significant and sustainable revenue engine for the company.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring that our diverse AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) clients, ranging from small, specialized firms to large, global enterprises, rapidly achieve maximum value from Trimble's innovative platform.
- • Your leadership will directly influence regional customer retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction, solidifying Trimble's position as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
- • A core responsibility is the comprehensive management of the Americas Professional Services P&L, including the rigorous pursuit of revenue targets and the optimization of gross margin objectives.
- • You will meticulously monitor and enhance key operational metrics, focusing on maximizing Employee Utilization Rates, ensuring healthy Project Margins, and increasing Revenue per Consultant.
- • Delivering accurate and reliable regional resource capacity plans and revenue forecasts will be critical to consistently exceeding quarterly and annual financial objectives.
- • Your leadership will oversee the end-to-end execution of all Americas-based projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- • A significant focus will be placed on optimizing the Time-to-Value (TTV) for our clients by streamlining the regional project lifecycle, accelerating the realization of benefits for new customers and facilitating successful cross-sell expansions.
- • You will be responsible for enforcing standardized delivery methodologies, such as PMP and Agile, across the Americas team to guarantee repeatable and predictable positive customer outcomes.
- • Developing and managing a robust partner strategy and ecosystem is essential, including the governance of regional Partner Implementation Partners.
- • You will serve as the primary escalation point for Americas-based certified partners, ensuring the regional partner network possesses the necessary capacity and adheres to stringent certification standards to meet evolving market demands.
- • Collaborating closely with the Americas Sales teams (Account Executives and Sales Engineers) to accurately scope and price Professional Services during the critical pre-sales cycle will be a key function.
- • You will adapt global commercial strategies to the unique dynamics of the Americas market, focusing on creating and delivering high-value consulting services and adjusting pricing models based on demand and market conditions.
- • Owning the vision, strategy, and execution of a world-class customer onboarding and training organization is paramount to accelerating time to value and maximizing customer outcomes.
- • You will be tasked with designing, staffing, and mentoring a high-performing Americas Professional Services organization, comprising talented Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
- • Serving as an "Executive Sponsor" for Tier-1 Americas accounts will involve managing high-level client expectations and adeptly resolving critical escalations.
- • Close coordination with Americas Customer Success leadership is required to ensure a seamless and "white-glove" handoff from the implementation phase to ongoing customer health and engagement.
- • Providing data-driven regional insights to Product and Engineering teams will be crucial for improving onboarding automation and enhancing overall product quality based on real-world customer experiences.
- • This role demands a forward-thinking approach to organizational scaling, anticipating future needs and building a resilient and adaptable professional services team capable of supporting Trimble's growth trajectory.
