- • As a Sr. Director, Analyst Sales Technology & Artificial Intelligence at Gartner, you will create and advise on a portfolio of research focused on AI and sales technology, advising B2B sales leaders on strategy, technology selection, and AI implementation to drive revenue operations and sales effectiveness.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include detecting emerging trends in sales technology and AI, understanding client challenges, crafting research to address them, delivering high-value presentations, conducting peer reviews, and leading or participating in research community meetings to ensure thought leadership and collaboration.
- • You will join Gartner’s Sales Business, Technology and Insight practice, a team of 20,000 associates globally supporting over 13,000 client enterprises across ~90 countries, where intellectual curiosity, expert analysis, and bold ideas are valued to help leaders make mission-critical decisions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI and sales technology, shape industry-leading research, influence global sales leaders, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor at the forefront of the AI revolution, with access to unmatched resources and opportunities for professional advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations and/or technology, with ownership of AI strategy and implementation
- • Strong business acumen and ability to connect commercial strategy to sales technology and AI opportunities
- • Stellar writing and verbal communication skills, notably the ability to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply
- • Experience in presenting to clients at events and conferences, performing workshops and briefings
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
- • Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally
