đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full U.S. sales cycle for Endpoint’s PULSE® IRT platform, from first conversation through signed contract and successful hand-off to implementation teams. You will be the face of Endpoint to sponsors and CROs, translating complex clinical-supply challenges into clear, measurable value.
- • Build and manage a multi-million-dollar pipeline of net-new logos and expansion deals within existing accounts. Use data-driven prospecting, executive networking, and strategic partnerships to exceed an annual new-business target that is uncapped and 100 % commission-based.
- • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations—virtual and on-site—to VPs of Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, and Data Management. Translate technical features such as dynamic randomization, real-time supply forecasting, and direct-to-patient drug shipment into ROI stories that win awards and long-term loyalty.
- • Collaborate with Endpoint’s cross-functional “Win Team” (Solutions Consultants, Clinical SMEs, Pricing, Legal, and Executive Sponsors) to craft proposals that are both competitive and compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, and global privacy regulations.
- • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce: every lead, activity, meeting outcome, and competitive insight is logged to enable accurate forecasting and continuous process improvement. Weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Leadership are non-negotiable and treated as strategic planning sessions.
- • Represent Endpoint at major industry events including SCOPE, DIA, and Partnerships in Clinical Trials. You will speak on panels, host roundtables, and generate post-event campaigns that convert thought-leadership into qualified opportunities.
- • Act as the voice of the customer back into Product and Engineering. Surface unmet needs that inform the next generation of PULSE® capabilities—whether that’s eConsent integration, mobile patient apps, or AI-driven supply optimization.
- • Mentor junior members of the Business Development team, sharing battle-tested tactics for navigating procurement, security reviews, and global contracting. Your success is amplified when the entire team levels up.
- • Continuously refine territory strategy by analyzing market data, competitive intelligence, and therapeutic-area trends (oncology, CNS, rare disease). Proactively identify whitespace and white-glove expansion paths within top-50 pharma and emerging biotech alike.
- • Uphold Endpoint’s culture of integrity, compliance, and patient-centricity. Every closed deal must not only hit revenue targets but also advance the mission of delivering life-saving therapies to patients faster and more safely.
