- • The Sr Director, Client Delivery Executive at Unisys Corporation provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the US&C Client Delivery Operations team, ensuring alignment between service delivery and business objectives to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. This role is critical to achieving operational plan outcomes for a business unit exceeding $500M in annual revenue by owning delivery performance, managing complex client engagements, and leading large-scale, matrixed delivery teams across onsite and offshore models.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring a large team of Client Delivery Executives and their leaders who serve as primary client contacts for daily service operations; solving complex, large-scale enterprise problems across matrixed organizations; owning delivery performance and achieving target margins through margin improvement initiatives; interfacing with customer architecture teams and senior leadership on emerging technologies to assess relevance and recommend roadmaps; building and strengthening strategic client partnerships while meeting top- and bottom-line objectives; leading technical teams in blended onsite and offshore delivery models; demonstrating excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; managing executive-level (CxO) client relationships through operational and strategic reviews; driving Service Excellence Principles (SIP) for underperforming accounts; ensuring client satisfaction improvement plans are executed to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS); overseeing resource management and professional development; monitoring delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct stakeholder engagement; providing guidance on service offering alignment; evaluating direct reports using the Unisys performance management process; developing succession plans for critical roles; and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.
- • The role operates within a global, matrixed organization requiring collaboration across functions and geographies, with a focus on delivering technology-enabled solutions that drive client outcomes. Success is measured by financial performance, client retention, NPS improvement, and the ability to influence strategic direction at the CxO level. The incumbent must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading through influence, and balancing operational rigor with innovation in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- • This position offers the opportunity to shape the delivery strategy for a significant portion of Unisys’ business, develop senior leadership talent, and partner closely with executive stakeholders to drive transformation. - • 15+ years of relevant experience with 10+ years in senior leadership roles
- • Proven P&L ownership for businesses exceeding $500M annually
- • Demonstrated expertise in contract management and contract negotiations
- • Senior executive delivery leadership with growth and sales experience
- • Proven experience building and sustaining C-suite (CxO) client relationships
- • Experience with global delivery models and delivery methodologies
- • Proven leadership of 2,000+ onsite and offshore resources within a matrixed organization
- • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to client and delivery locations
