📋 Description
- • The Senior Director of Engagement Management leads a team of Engagement Managers, Project Directors, and Delivery Directors focused on deploying Workday solutions in the Higher Education & Nonprofit (HENP) practice, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include hiring, developing, and retaining skilled team leads; driving the "Future of Delivery" initiative to transition institutions from legacy systems to Workday’s AI-driven cloud platform; serving as an Executive Sponsor on customer projects; and aligning with sales leadership to grow subscription and professional service revenue.
- • Workday is a Fortune 500 leader in enterprise SaaS solutions for Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financial Management, and Student solutions, founded by PeopleSoft veterans and committed to integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm in shaping the future of work.
- • In this role, you will develop executive presence, refine consultative selling and people management skills, influence cross-functional strategy, and drive measurable outcomes in customer retention, team utilization, revenue, and margin while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience successfully growing and managing a $20+ million professional services organization
- • 10+ years of experience managing and developing project managers in a matrix environment supporting multiple customers
- • 10+ years of experience delivering large enterprise projects
- • Ability to balance team support and customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives
- • Proven consultative selling skills focused on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and communicating value to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- • Exemplary people management skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive project completion and employee satisfaction
🏖️ Benefits
- • Annualized base salary range of $245,600 - $368,400 USD (primary location) or up to $414,600 USD in additional US locations
- • Eligibility for Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants
