  • • Ensono is seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Senior Director of Sales to spearhead our enterprise sales organization.   • • As a Senior Director of Sales, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing executive-level client relationships. This involves understanding their complex business needs, aligning them with Ensono's comprehensive portfolio of services and partner solutions, and ensuring world-class delivery and customer service. You will act as a strategic thought leader, providing valuable insights and consultation that directly address client challenges and opportunities, thereby demonstrating the tangible value Ensono brings.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker and proactive self-starter who excels at crafting innovative solutions and solving complex business problems. A consultative sales approach is paramount, requiring you to deeply understand client operations, challenges, and aspirations. You must operate with agility, adeptly navigating a dynamic market by combining proven sales methodologies with forward-thinking, innovative strategies.
  • • You will play a key leadership role within the Ensono Sales team, overseeing the entire lifecycle of a deal from initial engagement through to successful closing and ongoing client management. This includes establishing and maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments – such as Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Operations & Delivery – as well as with key client executives. Your ability to collaborate effectively across these functions will be critical to delivering seamless and impactful solutions.
  • • A core responsibility is to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities within Ensono's end-to-end technology and managed services portfolio. This involves developing and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations. You will lead the charge in proposal development, complex negotiation of commercial terms, and the overall commercial strategy for significant enterprise deals.
  • • Effective communication is essential. You will be expected to articulate Ensono's value proposition, technical capabilities, and product positioning to diverse audiences, both internally and externally. This includes clearly communicating business and product terms, highlighting the unique value and ROI Ensono delivers to clients.
  • • You will serve as a trusted IT advisor to clients, actively participating in their strategic planning processes. This involves challenging current thinking, assumptions, and the status quo to drive innovation and achieve superior business results for our clients. Your insights will help clients navigate technological advancements and market shifts.
  • • Beyond client engagement, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team is crucial for sustained success and achieving Ensono's ambitious growth objectives.
  • • You will regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, incorporating these insights into strategic account planning and sales strategies. This proactive approach ensures Ensono remains at the forefront of the industry and continues to meet evolving client needs.
  • • The ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority is a key attribute for success in this role, enabling you to mobilize resources effectively to support client engagements and drive initiatives forward.
  • • Experience with managed services, cloud hosting, mainframe technologies, cybersecurity solutions, and IT outsourcing is highly desirable, as it forms the core of Ensono's offerings and client solutions.
  • • Cultivating and strengthening strong client relationships with senior business and IT executives is a fundamental requirement, ensuring Ensono is viewed as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
  • • You will be expected to technically consult with C-level executives within client environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business and technology challenges and how Ensono can provide solutions.
