We are seeking a highly accomplished and driven Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships to spearhead the expansion of our provider network across the Western United States. - • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in converting high-potential opportunities into participating providers within key Pearl Health offerings, including ACO REACH, MSSP, and other innovative value-based care programs. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and managing deep relationships with organizations that oversee substantial primary care networks. This involves engaging executive leadership, from C-suite stakeholders to operational managers, to educate them on the profound benefits of value-based care models, with a particular emphasis on CMS-sponsored initiatives. You will articulate how Pearl Health's platform and services can empower these organizations to stabilize their revenue streams, enhance patient outcomes, and capture the value they generate through effective patient panel management.
- • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude for sourcing and initiating engagements with enterprise-level prospects, including large medical groups, integrated health systems, community hospitals, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). You will be expected to navigate complex organizational structures and communicate with clarity and conviction to senior executives. Collaboration will be key, as you will work hand-in-hand with our Technology, Product, Data Science, Client Success, and Marketing teams to refine our value proposition, ensure seamless integration, and deliver an unparalleled client experience. Your insights, gleaned from direct prospect interactions and market observations, will be critical in shaping our enterprise strategy and informing product development.
- • This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to complex deal structuring, pricing proposals, contract negotiations, and ultimate execution. You will personally drive these processes, ensuring that all key actions, analyses, and deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting ambitious growth targets. Building trust and delivering an exceptional experience throughout the sales journey will be paramount, setting a benchmark for how enterprise deals are managed at Pearl Health.
- • To excel in this position, you will need to develop and implement innovative communication cadences, outreach strategies, and engagement tactics tailored to large provider organizations. A proactive and persistent approach is essential, coupled with the patience required to navigate the often lengthy contracting cycles inherent in enterprise healthcare partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and leveraging local and market-specific intelligence, which will include regular travel to your assigned geographies for in-person prospecting, networking at industry events, and attending community and professional conferences to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves maintaining meticulous pipeline and opportunity tracking within our CRM system, upholding the highest standards for data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
