- • The Sr. Director of Indirect Channel Partner Sales will spearhead the growth and development of Comcast Business’s indirect sales channel by leading a dynamic team of national Partner Sales Managers and Inside Partner Sales Managers to cultivate robust relationships with channel partners across the US and drive sales performance by achieving business objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves cultivating and enhancing partnerships with National Comcast Business Indirect Partners, leading and mentoring a high-performing team, overseeing performance against sales targets, designing and implementing targeted marketing plans to drive KPIs, facilitating training on Comcast Business portfolios, supporting strategic business planning, collaborating with executive leadership, analyzing partner performance through financial reporting, developing cross-selling and up-selling strategies, exercising independent judgment on significant matters, maintaining regular attendance with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime, and performing additional duties as assigned.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve strategic leadership in indirect channel sales, develop expertise in telecom business solutions and market dynamics, drive significant revenue growth through partner enablement, influence executive-level sales and marketing initiatives, master financial reporting and forecasting for partner performance, and build a high-impact team culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric values.
