• • Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Associate role focused on driving growth of provider partnerships and patient demand within a defined territory, directly supporting Rula Health’s mission to expand access to mental healthcare by treating the whole person.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle—utilizing lead lists for aggressive outbound sourcing, conducting in-person consultations and relationship management within a 2.5-hour radius of Chicago, and maintaining remote engagement for accounts outside that zone, with field presence required at least three days per week.
• • Rula Health is a remote-first mental healthcare company dedicated to reducing stigma and expanding access to evidence-based, compassionate care; the company has grown 10x in the past year and operates across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii), emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in its culture.
