  • • Lead integrated and product marketing strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for GoodRx’s subscription offerings, including telehealth, pets, and healthcare professional products.
  • • Manage and mentor a team of marketers to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing campaigns that expand brand awareness and increase conversion rates across consumer and healthcare audiences.
  • • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring strong initial user acquisition and sustained revenue growth through coordinated cross-functional efforts.
  • • Partner with Creative, Product, Insights, Digital Experience, PR, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, PharmaDirect, EmployerDirect, Retail, and Marketing Analytics teams to align on holistic, measurable marketing plans.
  • • Develop and standardize processes that enable seamless delivery of integrated marketing initiatives for both product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • • Act as a hands-on marketer by directly managing day-to-day execution of marketing activities, including tactical planning, stakeholder updates, timeline management, and communication to senior leadership.
  • • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with the highest level of quality through meticulous project management and attention to detail.
  • • Define and oversee measurement frameworks in partnership with Business Intelligence to assess marketing effectiveness using both brand and performance KPIs.
  • • Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills by leveraging data to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and justify marketing investments to stakeholders.
  • • Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels through clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
  • • Maintain a consumer-centric mindset by deeply understanding target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors to shape relevant and compelling marketing messaging.
  • • Stay current on digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing strategies, and PR/partnership tactics to ensure marketing initiatives remain innovative and effective.
  • • Foster a growth mindset by encouraging experimentation, iteration, and adaptation based on feedback and changing market conditions.
  • • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with high organizational rigor.
  • • Uphold GoodRx’s commitment to security by reviewing and complying with all company safety and security policies, identifying potential threats such as phishing attempts, and proactively reporting concerns to the Security Team.
