Sr. Director, Navigation & Member Services - Remote

📋 Description

• • The Senior Director, Navigation & Member Services leads Sharecare’s Navigation, Advocacy, and Customer Service operations, serving as the front door to Sharecare’s healthcare services by supporting member engagement, healthcare navigation, advocacy, and connection to clinical programs and services.
• • Day to day, this role oversees operational performance, member experience, engagement, and service delivery across member-facing teams; establishes staffing models and productivity expectations; improves operational processes and workflows; partners with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams; and serves as an operational leader in client meetings to represent navigation and member services performance and address client needs.
