- • The Sr. Director of Client Partner - Strategic Enterprise role is pivotal in driving Centific's market penetration into a select portfolio of iconic enterprise accounts, specifically targeting industry giants like UPS, Home Depot, and Kraft Heinz. The primary mission for this role is to establish Centific as the undisputed premier partner for Agentic AI solutions, actively displacing incumbent consultants and defining a new industry paradigm for intelligent automation.
- • This is not merely a sales position; it is an opportunity to architect multi-year, C-level partnerships that will fundamentally reshape how these major enterprises operate. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive land-and-expand strategy within their assigned named accounts. This involves creating the initial entry point by identifying and closing the first significant use case, and subsequently scaling Centific's presence across various business units within these organizations.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves building and nurturing trusted, strategic relationships with C-level executives, including but not limited to Chief Supply Chain Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, and Chief Information Officers, as well as other key Vice Presidents. The Sr. Director will be adept at articulating the profound business value of Agentic AI within the unique context of each client's operations, evolving beyond a traditional IT vendor to become a trusted strategic business advisor.
- • The role demands expertise in complex solution selling, requiring the ability to navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder environments to successfully sell high-value, multi-million dollar transformational programs. The Sr. Director will lead and quarterback cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, Data Science, and Delivery, to collaboratively develop compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals that resonate with executive leadership.
- • A key objective is competitive displacement. The Sr. Director will be tasked with directly competing against and displacing established market players by clearly articulating and demonstrating the unique advantages of Centific's Agentic AI capabilities over legacy analytics, resource-intensive manual processes, fragmented point solutions, or purely process-centric approaches.
- • Furthermore, the Sr. Director will act as the vital "voice of the customer" and the market, channeling critical feedback to Centific's Product and Marketing teams. This feedback will inform competitive analysis, identify feature gaps, and uncover new market opportunities within the logistics, retail, and CPG verticals, ensuring Centific's offerings remain cutting-edge and market-aligned.
- • Collaboration is essential. The Sr. Director will orchestrate internal ecosystems by working closely with the Centific Research Team to leverage and apply cutting-edge AI advancements to specific client challenges. They will partner with the Product Team, acting as the primary "Voice of the Customer" to provide structured feedback and market intelligence that shapes the product roadmap. Additionally, collaboration with Product Marketing & Alliances will be key to developing targeted vertical-specific collaterals, case studies, and go-to-market strategies, potentially leveraging alliance partnerships for joint offerings.
- • Effective pipeline and forecast management is crucial. The Sr. Director will maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, providing clear and predictable forecasts to leadership, and will manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and final contract closure.
