• • As the Sr. Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) at Hitachi Digital, you will be a pivotal leader within the Global Information Security team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
• • Your primary mandate will be to champion and mature the company's IAM program, ensuring the robust security of all enterprise identities and their access to critical resources.
• • This leadership role involves strategic oversight and operational execution of key IAM platforms, including but not limited to Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and Active Directory.
• • You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining these systems to ensure they operate efficiently, effectively, and securely across a global enterprise.
• • A significant aspect of your role will be leading an international team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment to guarantee the continuous uptime and optimal performance of these critical IAM systems.
• • You will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends in identity and access management, bringing innovative solutions and best practices to Hitachi Digital.
