Sr. Director, Product Engineering

📋 Description

• • As the Senior Director of Product Engineering at Zelis Healthcare LLC, you will lead a high-performing global team of software engineers and engineering managers within the Technology organization, reporting to the Member Engagement & Transparency CTO. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that power provider search, rate calculation, care alerts, and provider network insights, directly supporting Zelis’ mission to modernize the healthcare financial experience for payers, providers, and consumers.
• • Day to day, you will foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture; provide coaching and mentorship to managers and senior engineers; support talent planning and retention; translate enterprise and product strategy into engineering priorities and roadmaps; partner with Product and Architecture to deliver customer-centric solutions; drive adoption of modern engineering practices; establish engineering standards and metrics; optimize team performance through data-driven insights; and promote cross-functional collaboration across global teams to ensure seamless execution.
