- • Serve as the primary customer interface for GE HealthCare’s service partnership with a major client, acting as the single point of contact for all service and operational matters throughout the partnership term.
- • Build and maintain a long-term, strategic alliance with the client to exceed contractual obligations and protect against competitive threats by aligning GE HealthCare’s service delivery with the client’s business goals.
- • Implement and oversee robust processes for tracking program and project progress using defined KPIs, operational risk metrics, cost controls, and variation management systems.
- • Establish internal and external operational mechanisms to manage long-term project liabilities, ensure profitability, and meet safety, quality, and financial objectives across service engagements.
- • Advocate for the client’s needs internally by communicating program issues, risks, and opportunities to GE HealthCare leadership and functional centers of excellence.
- • Represent GE HealthCare in all contractual and business discussions with the client, ensuring timely completion of acceptance certificates, variation agreements, and formal approvals.
- • Organize and lead regular program, technical, and operational reviews with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability.
- • Drive operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with both the client and internal GE HealthCare teams, promoting the sharing of best practices across service divisions.
- • Maintain awareness of all program dynamics, including service performance, customer satisfaction trends, and emerging risks, to proactively influence strategic decisions.
- • Work in close alignment with the Key Account Executive, Commercial Program Manager, regional service teams, and functional experts to deliver a unified GE HealthCare solution.
- • Ensure enterprise-wide communication of program status, risks, and successes to support coordinated execution and client retention.
- • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex service programs, balancing client expectations with GE HealthCare’s operational and financial targets.
- • Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and ownership by embodying GE HealthCare’s core behaviors: acting with humility, leading with transparency, delivering with focus, and driving ownership with integrity.
- • Travel at least 50% of the time to meet with the client, conduct on-site reviews, and participate in joint planning sessions, with a requirement to reside in or near Northern California.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Project/Program Management or Service Leadership
- • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues
- • Proven ability to build rapport and influence at all organizational levels
- • Willingness to travel at least 50%
- • Must reside in the Northern CA area or be willing to travel frequently to Northern CA
