• • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including but not limited to, service agreements, purchase orders, and framework agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are legally sound and commercially advantageous.

• • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a preferred vendor list, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
