  • • As a Contracts Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by meticulously managing vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and upholding contractual obligations.
  • • Your expertise will be crucial in driving cost optimization initiatives, identifying and onboarding reliable vendors, and mitigating contractual risks to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
  • • This position demands a robust blend of techno-commercial acumen, a proactive approach to vendor development, and proven experience in project-based procurement, particularly within the demanding sectors of Oil & Gas, Fired Equipment, or Process Equipment.

  • • The Contracts Engineer will play a significant part in the strategic sourcing and selection of vendors, evaluating their capabilities, performance history, and financial stability to ensure they meet Zeeco’s exacting standards.
  • • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including but not limited to, service agreements, purchase orders, and framework agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are legally sound and commercially advantageous.
  • • A core responsibility includes the meticulous administration of awarded contracts, which involves monitoring vendor performance against contractual KPIs, managing change orders, processing invoices, and resolving any disputes or claims that may arise.
