  • • As a Sr. Engineering Product Manager at NETGEAR, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise networking products such as switches, access points, and routers, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and market readiness while aligning with NETGEAR’s mission to unleash the full potential of connectivity.
  • • You will take full ownership of product lifecycle management from concept to production, coordinating with ODMs, component vendors, firmware and hardware teams, QA, PLM, sales, and support to ensure timely, compliant, and customer-validated product launches under minimal supervision.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, and proactively communicating status to all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across global teams.
  • • You will manage the execution of product development with ODMs and suppliers, reviewing and optimizing hardware, firmware, and software development tasks, resolving technical blockers, and ensuring adherence to NETGEAR’s development and SQA processes.
  • • You will lead product verification efforts, overseeing compatibility, performance, and regulatory testing, working closely with QA and support teams to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly, and managing customer and standards body certifications (e.g., FCC, CE, Wi-Fi Alliance).
  • • You will contribute to technical documentation by providing input for user manuals, help files, application notes, and support web pages, and assist in resolving Level 3 technical escalations by collaborating with sales engineers and support teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • • You will monitor emerging technology trends, supplier roadmaps, and industry standards (such as IEEE 802.11, Ethernet, PoE) to inform product strategy and make data-driven recommendations for future product enhancements.
  • • You will partner closely with PLM to navigate product approval processes, manage technical issues during market readiness reviews, and ensure rapid resolution through cross-functional coordination with engineering, ODMs, and vendors.
  • • You will operate within NETGEAR’s Enterprise Engineering team in Taipei, a performance-driven, collaborative unit committed to innovation and excellence, where your work directly impacts the company’s ability to deliver world-class networking solutions that connect people, power businesses, and advance how we live.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise networking technologies, strengthen your cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities, and gain end-to-end visibility into global product development—positioning you to drive innovation and lead complex, high-impact initiatives in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

  • • Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in hardware design, review, and validation, including familiarity with switch hardware/software integration and debug/resolution of HW/SW issues.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including schedule development, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end execution of product development cycles under minimal supervision.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, essential for effective collaboration with global teams, vendors, and customers.
  • • Proven ability to work effectively in a startup-like environment—self-motivated, adaptable to change, and skilled at leading multidisciplinary teams through complex development initiatives.
