  • • As a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager at HighLevel Inc., you will be at the forefront of empowering our most significant clients to harness the full potential of our AI-powered, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform. This pivotal role involves cultivating and deepening relationships with enterprise-level businesses, ensuring their success and driving substantial growth through strategic account management. You will be the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and advocate for a portfolio of high-value accounts, understanding their unique business objectives and translating them into actionable strategies leveraging HighLevel's comprehensive suite of tools.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to foster long-term partnerships, moving beyond transactional interactions to build genuine, collaborative relationships. This includes proactively identifying opportunities for clients to expand their use of HighLevel's features, such as its robust CRM, automated marketing funnels, communication tools, and AI-driven insights, to achieve their specific growth targets. You will conduct regular business reviews, performance analyses, and strategic planning sessions to demonstrate ongoing value and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • • A key aspect of this role is understanding the intricate needs of enterprise clients within the digital marketing and sales landscape. You will need to become an expert in HighLevel's platform capabilities and how they can be applied to solve complex business challenges, from lead generation and customer engagement to operational efficiency and revenue maximization. This requires a deep dive into client workflows, marketing strategies, and sales processes to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
  • • You will act as a bridge between our enterprise clients and HighLevel's internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, Customer Success, and Support. This involves relaying client feedback, advocating for feature enhancements, and coordinating resources to address client needs effectively. Your ability to communicate complex technical and strategic concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, will be crucial for success.
  • • Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators such as client retention rates, account growth (upselling and cross-selling opportunities), client satisfaction scores (NPS, CSAT), and the overall health and expansion of your assigned enterprise accounts. You will be expected to manage a pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts, driving revenue growth and solidifying HighLevel's position as an indispensable partner.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for technology and digital marketing, and a proven track record in managing complex, high-value client relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, demonstrating exceptional operational efficiency, problem-solving skills, and an optimistic outlook. You are adept at navigating ambiguity, turning challenges into opportunities, and taking ownership of your daily operations, whether working independently or collaboratively.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans tailored to each enterprise client, outlining strategies for adoption, engagement, and growth. This includes identifying key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their decision-making processes, and building rapport at multiple levels. Your proactive approach will involve anticipating client needs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring they are leveraging HighLevel to its fullest potential.
  • • Furthermore, you will stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the marketing and sales technology space. This knowledge will enable you to provide informed recommendations to clients and position HighLevel as a thought leader and innovator. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of HighLevel's platform in the context of evolving market dynamics will be essential.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of HighLevel's enterprise clients and contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory. You will be part of a dynamic, global, remote-first team that values creativity, collaboration, and a people-first approach, fostering a culture where innovation thrives and impactful contributions are celebrated.
