- • Lead the development and execution of strategic equipment sales plans for non-traditional customer segments including Community Health Centers, Government/Institutional entities, Third-Party bidders, Philanthropy, and Special Projects.
- • Partner directly with CHC Directors to design and implement go-to-market strategies for dental equipment sales, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
- • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key CHC consultants and organizations such as Commonwealth, HCN, and Cnnet to drive equipment adoption and sales growth.
- • Guide Equipment Specialists with consistent pricing models and gross profit guardrails to ensure profitability and compliance across non-traditional customer channels.
- • Collaborate with the Government team to establish standardized processes for equipment procurement and Equipment Specialist assignment across federal, state, and local government agencies, including Indian Health Service.
- • Support HSCARES initiatives by designing, equipping, and coordinating the installation of dental equipment in facilities both within and outside the continental United States.
- • Partner with leadership to manage unique or complex special projects such as those involving DSOs, Mobile Dental Units, and tele-dentistry operations.
- • Apply expert knowledge of dental equipment and digital technology, including dental imaging, practice management systems, and related software, to advise customers and design solutions.
- • Demonstrate clear understanding of the design, build, and installation process for De Novo dental sites, including plumbing and electrical requirements for accurate quoting and planning.
- • Leverage field experience working on construction sites and coordinating with third-party contractors to ensure seamless equipment deployment.
- • Utilize outstanding planning, organizational, and project management skills to oversee multi-region initiatives with tight timelines and complex stakeholder requirements.
- • Exercise expert-level decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex operational and customer-specific challenges.
- • Deliver high-impact presentations and public speaking engagements to internal teams and external partners to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes.
- • Build and maintain strong partnerships across all levels of the organization to align equipment strategy with broader business objectives.
- • Negotiate effectively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal terms and resource allocation.
- • Manage budgets and consultative engagements to ensure financial accountability and customer satisfaction across all assigned programs.
- • Cultivate lasting relationships with both internal teams and external customers to enhance brand loyalty and long-term business growth.
- • Travel approximately 50% of the time to support field operations, customer sites, and strategic initiatives across the United States.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10 or more years of increasing responsibility in professional experience related to dental equipment, healthcare procurement, or strategic sales
- • Vast knowledge of dental equipment and digital technology including imaging, practice management software, and related systems
- • Field experience working on construction sites and coordinating with third-party contractors for equipment installation
- • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing De Novo dental site installations, including plumbing and electrical requirements
- • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans for non-traditional customer segments
- • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
