Sr. Field Service Technician - PBB

📋 Description

• • The Sr. Field Service Technician - PBB is responsible for traveling to customer sites (airports) to install, configure, service, maintain, and repair passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) and related airport ground support equipment, including JetAire and Jetpower systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations for commercial and military aviation customers.
• • Day-to-day duties include performing diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems; conducting hazard safety assessments; maintaining service tools and inventory; communicating with customers to gather feedback and provide operational guidance; documenting service activities; and escalating complex issues to senior technicians or engineering support.
