• • The Senior Finance Analyst – Clinical Solutions Portfolio is a strategic, business-partnering role responsible for portfolio-level financial analysis across Clinical Solutions departments, focusing on project and portfolio financial health, forecasting, budget performance, and financial controls, with an expanding remit into trial operations KPIs and measures related to budget integrity, scope control, and delivery efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and delivering portfolio-level financial analysis, leading project financial oversight across the full project lifecycle, performing variance analysis to identify drivers of change and emerging risks, partnering with project finance teams to ensure data integrity, supporting forecasting and planning processes, monitoring budget consumption and earned value indicators, developing trial operations KPIs linking operational performance to financial outcomes, leveraging Excel and Power BI to create scalable dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, acting as a trusted finance partner to Clinical Solutions department heads, preparing executive-ready presentations, supporting ad hoc analyses, and collaborating with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Finance teams.
• • PFM Asset Management (operating as Precision Medicine Group) is a leader in precision medicine and clinical research services, providing integrated solutions across drug development, with a focus on delivering financial rigor and operational excellence in clinical trial portfolios.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in project finance within a CRO environment, strengthen advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, refine executive communication and presentation skills, gain exposure to clinical trial financial drivers and portfolio governance, and contribute to process improvements in financial controls and reporting standards while building credibility with senior operational leaders.
