📋 Description
- • As a Senior Financial Analyst in Operations Finance at Hims & Hers, you will be the primary finance partner for pharmaceutical manufacturing costs, packaging, and R&D, playing a critical role in driving cost transparency, margin insights, and disciplined investment decisions as the company scales rapidly.
- • You will mine data to identify cost-saving opportunities, own financial planning and forecasting for product costs, build dynamic financial models to evaluate the impact of cost changes and supplier decisions, support R&D expense management, and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- • 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field
- • 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
- • Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus
- • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where problems are not clearly defined
- • Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, grit, and desire to win
