📋 Description

• • The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at RapidSOS is a senior, client-facing technical expert who serves as a strategic partner for complex, high-value accounts, embedded within client environments to ensure maximum value extraction from the RapidSOS intelligent safety platform.
• • Day to day, the FDE acts as the primary technical owner and trusted advisor for strategic clients, leading diagnostic sessions to identify root causes of technical challenges, architecting and co-developing novel solutions for ambitious "moonshot" projects, proactively analyzing client systems to anticipate future needs, and serving as the client’s technical advocate within RapidSOS by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams.
