- • Architect and build the technical infrastructure for CrowdStrike’s agentic AI marketing platform, enabling end-to-end automation of marketing workflows.
- • Develop integrations between the AI campaign engine and enterprise marketing systems including Workfront, Marketo, Slack, Google Docs, CMS, and digital asset management platforms.
- • Design and implement the orchestration layer that manages multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, error recovery, and parallel execution for AI-driven marketing operations.
- • Build intuitive, production-grade web UIs—such as campaign dashboards, workflow builders, and approval interfaces—that enable non-technical marketing users to interact with AI-powered systems.
- • Create production tooling for HTML/email template generation, design asset pipelines (PPTX, PDF, SVG), and automated content publishing workflows from AI agent outputs.
- • Design and deploy analytics infrastructure to track campaign performance, agent quality scoring, A/B test results, and feedback loops from distribution metrics back into the AI system.
- • Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows that integrate AI APIs, MCP servers, automation platforms, and enterprise systems into CrowdStrike’s go-to-market motion.
- • Implement authentication, permissions, and multi-tenancy controls to allow concurrent, secure operation of pipelines across multiple marketing teams and campaign owners.
- • Own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing for agent outputs, regression detection, deployment processes, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
- • Optimize performance of AI systems through caching, parallelization, and cost management of LLM API calls during high-volume campaign executions.
- • Partner directly with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering, and marketing leadership to align technical roadmap with business outcomes and operational needs.
- • Embed within marketing teams to identify real-world operational pain points and co-build solutions that drive adoption, self-sufficiency, and lasting workflow transformation.
- • Lead the Marketing Engineering pillar with direct reporting to the VP of Marketing Excellence & Transformation, owning the technical vision and execution of the platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
- • Frontend engineering experience building production web applications with React (or equivalent) for non-technical users
- • Production experience with LLM/AI APIs (e.g., Claude, GPT) including token management, rate limiting, error handling, and cost optimization
- • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying agentic workflows that transformed real work, not just isolated experiments
- • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including prompt evals, output quality scoring, and benchmarking
- • Strong systems design skills to architect multi-service platforms, APIs, and scalable infrastructure
