📋 Description

• As a Senior Group Product Manager for Earn at Kraken, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Earn and Borrow product suite, directly contributing to Kraken’s mission of accelerating global crypto adoption and financial inclusion by enabling users to earn yield on their digital assets through secure, compliant, and innovative products.
• You will own end-to-end product leadership for staking (native, liquid, pooled), stablecoin yield strategies, DeFi integrations, onchain rewards, the horizontal Autoearn product, and crypto-collateralized Borrow offerings, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, risk, compliance, treasury, and business teams while driving measurable impact on AUM, yield competitiveness, utilization, revenue, and user retention.
• You will manage and develop two Product Managers, setting priorities, removing blockers, and elevating execution quality across multiple product lines, fostering a high-autonomy, high-impact team culture rooted in Kraken’s crypto-first values and operational excellence.
• Kraken is a fully remote, mission-driven company with team members in over 70 countries speaking more than 50 languages, united by a shared commitment to crypto innovation, industry-leading security, and user-centric product development across Kraken Pro, Desktop, Wallet, Futures, and now Earn and Borrow.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in decentralized finance (DeFi) yield mechanisms, validator economics, liquid staking derivatives, and lending/borrow models at a protocol level, while building scalable financial products with meaningful AUM or TVL and navigating complex regulatory landscapes without sacrificing velocity.
• You will develop strategic foresight by defining quarterly and annual roadmaps, translating complex yield and risk models into actionable product plans, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products that resonate with both retail and institutional users in the global crypto economy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing other Product Managers
• Deep fluency in crypto earn/yield products, including staking mechanics, validator economics, liquid staking derivatives, DeFi yield sources, and lending/borrow models at a protocol level
• Proven track record shipping and scaling financial products with meaningful assets under management (AUM) or total value locked (TVL)
