📋 Description
- • As Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Tonic AI, you will own the end-to-end self-serve journey for Tonic Fabricate, driving product-led growth by optimizing onboarding, activation, monetization, and expansion within the product itself.
- • You will translate revenue goals into in-product experiments, define the 'Aha!' moment for users, instrument product-qualified lead signals, build viral loops for team adoption, and design data-driven retention flows using email, in-app, and Slack triggers.
- • You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Engineering, acting as a technical strategist who uses product data from tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog to shape go-to-market strategy and user behavior.
- • You will have autonomy to run rapid experiments, leverage LLMs for analysis, and build growth loops without relying on traditional marketing channels, directly impacting the scaling of a $0 to $50k ARR product in its first 30 days.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of growth experience in self-service SaaS or developer-first tools with a product-led growth (PLG) focus
- • Proficiency in product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog) and ability to conduct cohort and funnel analysis
- • Experience using LLMs to extract insights from product data and inform GTM strategy
- • Deep understanding of developer personas and ability to design user journeys that prioritize utility and immediate value over traditional marketing
- • Proven ability to run rapid, scrappy experiments and optimize in-product flows such as onboarding, pricing gates, and activation triggers
