📋 Description

• • As a Sr. HR Operations Specialist at WellTech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining HR data, employee records, and overseeing HR administration activities for Welltechers in Ukraine and contractors across global hubs, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing HRIS (Workday) administration, preparing payroll inputs, administering benefits, maintaining employee and contractor agreements, managing military records, updating policies and procedures, providing first-line HR support via Jira and email, and managing the Confluence space for HR operations documentation.
• • You will join a global, remote-friendly team of 700+ professionals across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, supporting Welltech’s mission to empower 25.5 million users to build healthy habits through innovative wellness apps like Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global HR operations, gain hands-on experience with Workday and cross-border compliance, develop process automation skills, and grow as a trusted HR partner influencing policy, efficiency, and employee experience across international teams.
