Sr Industrialization Manager, Snacks

📋 Description

• • As Sr Industrialization Manager, Snacks at Campbell Soup Company, you will lead a team of industrialization leads to deliver successful scale-up and vertical start-up on innovation projects, enabler/business continuity initiatives that impact safety, quality, cost, Net Sales, and EBIT targets.
• • Day to day, you will set direction and align risk profiles for active projects (60%), manage technical readiness processes, develop readiness playbooks, ensure systematic business and operational procedures, create post-launch scorecards, and develop loss model standards for new products; develop team capability and alignment with business needs (20%) through mentoring, training, coaching, safety enforcement, and continuous improvement culture; and develop communication plans (20%) to keep stakeholders informed on trial performance, project updates, and business objectives.
• • You will work with process engineering, manufacturing quality/operations, commercialization, and product development teams to drive innovation execution and operational excellence.
