📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional sales team for Global Military and Regional Grocery accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and market share growth
• Manage and grow key customer relationships across assigned military and regional territories
• Forecast, track, and report on key performance indicators including revenue, volume, and market penetration
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on business objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues and deliver annual goals
• Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers
• Partner with senior management to build annual plans supporting organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
• 6+ years experience managing National Accounts, Global Military category desk highly preferred
• Location within the Mid-Atlantic Region, preferably within the commuting area of Virginia (Richmond)
• Experience developing strong collaborative strategic relationships with national retailers required
• Ability to utilize and mine syndicated data to translate into fact-based storytelling required
• Must be self-motivated and highly organized with a strong desire to produce results with an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed
• Must be able to quickly assess business needs, develop action plans, and manage required change
• Ability to effectively intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals is essential
• Solid computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong understanding and analytical skills in understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data
• Position requires substantial travel (35%) by car and plane
