- • Own the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for Tier 1 financial services accounts, utilizing both 1:1 and 1:few strategies to drive deep engagement.
- • Partner directly with Enterprise Sales teams to map buying committees within target accounts and design hyper-personalized content experiences aligned with each stakeholder’s specific pain points and decision-making criteria.
- • Define and own quarterly account-sourced and account-influenced pipeline goals, with a primary focus on accelerating deal velocity and securing new logo acquisitions within prestigious financial institutions.
- • Design and lead high-touch, bespoke customer experiences including custom landing pages, direct mail campaigns, and tailored pitch decks that create a lasting halo effect within target accounts.
- • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to rapidly generate personalized marketing assets while strictly maintaining brand integrity and compliance standards.
- • Act as a strategic extension of the Enterprise Sales team, providing data-backed insights, predictive account intelligence, and targeted campaign support to open doors and expand existing relationships.
- • Build and document a scalable "ABM-in-a-Box" framework that enables regional sales teams to replicate successful ABM tactics independently across geographies.
- • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure seamless integration of ABM touchpoints into Salesforce, enabling accurate attribution, lead routing, and pipeline tracking.
- • Measure and analyze the ROI of ABM initiatives using key metrics beyond lead volume, including Account Engagement Scores, Pipeline Velocity, and Win Rates, to continuously refine strategy.
- • Implement rigorous post-campaign follow-up workflows in close coordination with SDRs to capture and act on all high-value signals from target accounts.
- • Establish a live, data-driven Tier 1 account targeting strategy within the first six months, with documented examples of successful account penetration enabled by ABM efforts.
- • Deliver quantifiable proof that ABM-supported accounts move through the sales cycle at least 20% faster than non-ABM accounts, validated by internal sales and marketing data.
- • Earn consistent recognition from Enterprise Account Executives as an indispensable partner whose campaigns directly enable deal progression and new customer acquisition.
- • Maintain deep alignment with Jump’s mission to empower financial advisors through AI, ensuring all marketing initiatives reflect the company’s values of High Velocity, World Class, and Direct + Kind + No Drama.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Field Marketing for Enterprise SaaS
- • Creative orientation: Ability to leverage best practices while developing novel approaches tailored to specific industries or customer profiles
- • AI orientation: Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and marketing process efficiency
- • Executive presence: Proven ability to design messaging and experiences that resonate with C-suite executives at major financial institutions
- • High velocity: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly pivot strategies based on real-time feedback from Sales teams
- • Experience in the Financial Services or Wealth Management vertical (nice-to-have)
