- • The Sr. Manager, Channel Sales North America will lead the Channel Sales team and drive partner-led revenue strategy across the U.S. and Canada, shaping how Lytx’s platform is positioned and supported through its partner ecosystem.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing channel strategy, driving revenue and forecasting through partners, recruiting and enabling partners, leading and coaching channel sales managers, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales engineering, optimizing partner programs, monitoring market trends, and representing the channel internally and externally.

- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic leadership in channel sales, deepen expertise in partner ecosystem management, influence company-wide go-to-market strategy, and grow impact through measurable revenue outcomes and team development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 7-10+ years of Strategic Partner Management and/or Business Development for Commercial Sales
- • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- • Proven track record of sales success in partner channels
- • Transportation, Video Telematics or Fleet OEM experience preferred
- • Strong relationship building, negotiation, diplomacy, and analytical skills
- • Ability to communicate effectively in technical and non-technical discussions with partners, clients, and internal teams
- • Must be able to travel up to 50%
