  • • The Sr. Manager, HR Systems is responsible for owning the strategy, design, and execution of people analytics capabilities within Workday, leading advanced analytics delivery through Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Composite Reporting while overseeing inbound and outbound integrations that support enterprise workforce data and insights.
  • • Day to day, the role involves designing frameworks to connect business and people data, collecting and analyzing data from Workday and payroll systems, translating workforce questions into actionable dashboards and analytical models, developing people analytics products across the employee lifecycle, enabling organizational initiatives through insight generation, utilizing data mining techniques to track trends and variances, establishing reporting standards and analytics governance, partnering with IT on data integrity and security, preparing reports for leadership, validating and preparing data for analysis, and documenting processes and methodologies.

  • • The person in this role can develop deep expertise in enterprise HR systems and people analytics, lead strategic data-driven initiatives across HR, Finance, and Technology, influence executive decision-making through advanced analytics, master Workday HCM and its analytics suite, and drive organizational impact by improving recruitment, retention, engagement, and performance outcomes through trusted, scalable insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • • 8+ years of experience in HR Systems and/or People Analytics, with deep hands-on Workday HCM experience
  • • Significant experience with Workday HR domain areas, including Prism and People Analytics
  • • Significant experience with Workday reporting (advanced, matrix, composite)
  • • Experience with data visualization platforms
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercially focused and customer-driven
