- • The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing leads the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for Articulate Global, LLC, driving measurable revenue impact across the entire customer journey—from prospect nurturing and trial conversion to onboarding, retention, upsell, and cross-sell. This role is critical to transforming lifecycle marketing into a strategic growth engine that directly influences customer experience and business financial health.
- • As a player-coach managing three individual contributors, this leader sets vision, coaches and develops talent, unblocks execution challenges, conducts quality assurance, and elevates team capabilities while remaining hands-on in campaign design, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation using modern martech platforms like Marketo and Braze.
- • The role operates within a high-growth, cross-functional organization, requiring deep collaboration with Marketing Operations, Growth Product, and Data teams to ensure data integrity, define success metrics, and translate insights into scalable, evolving lifecycle programs that align with business objectives.
- • The Senior Manager partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities, ensuring lifecycle marketing initiatives are aligned with broader company goals and effectively resourced.

- • Proven experience managing lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer journey, including acquisition, activation, retention, upsell, and cross-sell, with a track record of driving measurable revenue impact.
- • Demonstrated success as a people manager with experience coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing individual contributors in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Deep expertise in modern marketing automation and customer engagement platforms, specifically Marketo and Braze, including advanced segmentation, personalization, and experimentation frameworks.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting lifecycle metrics, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities, with proven experience partnering effectively with Marketing Operations, Product, Data, and executive teams to align on goals and execute complex initiatives.
