  • • Lead and empower a high-performing team of supervisors and professionals responsible for the end-to-end execution of multi-platform advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across both linear and digital media channels.
  • • Drive the comprehensive implementation of advertising copy, creative assets, and media placements, meticulously overseeing the entire lifecycle from ingestion to final delivery. This includes rigorous adherence to all contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and stringent quality standards to maintain campaign integrity and client satisfaction.
  • • Proactively monitor campaign pacing, performance metrics, and inventory utilization across all platforms. This involves making critical optimization decisions in real-time and leading the resolution of any escalated delivery issues to ensure campaigns meet or exceed their objectives.
  • • Manage all aspects of traffic operations, including the efficient upload of assets, creation of accurate schedules, thorough verification processes, and timely, detailed reporting. The goal is to guarantee precise and punctual execution of all campaign elements.
  • • Spearhead the adoption and integration of new tools, technologies, and evolving workflows within the team and broader operations. This includes leading comprehensive change management initiatives, driving user adoption, and conducting rigorous quality assurance validation to ensure successful implementation and ongoing effectiveness.
  • • Serve as a key strategic partner to various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Operations. Collaborate closely to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery, streamlining cross-functional processes, and fostering a more integrated and efficient advertising ecosystem.
  • • Conduct in-depth evaluations of campaign delivery challenges, systematically identify root causes of any issues, and deploy robust operational solutions to prevent recurrence, thereby continuously improving delivery reliability.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Provide regular coaching, constructive performance feedback, and support career growth planning for all team members, nurturing talent and building leadership capabilities.
  • • Contribute significantly to the strategic planning process for the department and broader organization. Ensure that operational plans are meticulously aligned with long-term business objectives and contribute to the overall strategic direction of Comcast Advertising.
  • • Maintain a keen focus on monitoring and reporting key operational and performance metrics. Uphold accountability for meeting established delivery standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent high performance and client trust.
  • • Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in addressing significant operational matters, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • • Be prepared for regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. This role may require flexibility to work nights and weekends, with variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet business demands and ensure campaign success.
  • • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute across various operational needs.
